Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, manuals, and included items are returned.
  • The product has not been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos or a video of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.
  • The original packaging is missing.
  • The return request is made after the return period.
  • The damage is caused by improper use.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will arrange the refund.

Return Shipping

  • HOMEWIC will bear the return shipping cost if the wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product was sent.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Exchange

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
